Library Crew Form
- I understand that I will not always be doing Library Crew Club with my friends and I will still show up to my time.
- I understand that I will be given two reminders to follow SOAR, and if I do not change my behavior I will no longer be part of Library Crew Club.
- I understand that after missing three Library Crew Club Dates, I will no longer be part of Library Crew Club.
